Collation of Laws and Resources on Domestic Violence
APWLD is pleased to announce the launching of APWLD’s 'Collation of Laws and Resources on Domestic Violence’ on our website. This collation is intended to be a resource for groups and communities undertaking legal reform on domestic violence. With the collaboration of our members we have collated national laws, bills, regulations, law reports and NGO reports on Domestic Violence in the Asia-Pacific region. Copies of the resources are available on the website.
This project began in 2003 and has been recently updated with the assistance of our members. However, this is an ongoing initiative and we rely on your help to send us updated laws, bills and NGO work from your country relating to domestic violence. Please send any relevant information to lisa@apwld.org. Please also send us feedback on how you have been able to use the collation as well as suggestions for improvement.
